Kristin, owner, is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Masters in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Human Kinetics Kristin has a strong therapeutic exercise foundation and special interest in orthopaedic and sports injury rehabilitation. Kristin focuses on identifying dysfunctional movement patterns, implementing manual therapy in combination with therapeutic corrective exercises to help restore optimal movement patterns and function.
Kristin is committed to ongoing post graduate training, is certified in Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling, and is continuing her training through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopaedic Division, currently hold Level 3 certification.
Kristin understands the importance and value of being able to return to sport, activity and play. Kristin was a member of the Canadian National Sprint Kayak for eight years (2005-2012). Kristin competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China and is a 2011 Pan American Champion.
